Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern membership and use of the facilities and services offered by Rush Fitness (the “Gym”). By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the facilities.

1. Membership and Use of Facilities

  1. Eligibility. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older, or minors aged 16–17 years with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Membership Options. The Gym offers various membership options, including but not limited to monthly, annual, and day passes. Details regarding membership fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are available upon request.
  3. Facility Use. Members may use the Gym facilities during regular operating hours, subject to availability and any additional rules or restrictions established by the Gym management.

2. Payment and Billing

  1. Membership Fees. Members are responsible for paying the applicable membership fees, as outlined in the membership agreement or fee schedule provided by the Gym.
  2. Billing and Payment. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified in the membership agreement. Payment methods accepted by the Gym may include credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfers, or other forms of payment as determined by the Gym.
  3. Late Payments and Automatic Cancellation. In the event of a late or failed payment, the Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges until outstanding fees are paid. If two consecutive payments are unsuccessful, the membership may be automatically cancelled in the system without further notice.

3. Health and Safety

  1. Health Assessment. Prior to commencing any exercise program, members are advised to consult with a healthcare professional to assess their fitness level and suitability for physical activity.
  2. Assumption of Risk. Members acknowledge that the use of Gym facilities and participation in physical activities involve inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with such use or participation.
  3. Release and Waiver. Members release and waive any claims against the Gym, its owners, employees, or affiliates for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained as a result of using the Gym facilities or participating in Gym-sponsored activities.

4. Code of Conduct

  1. Respectful Behavior. Members must treat Gym staff and fellow members with respect and refrain from engaging in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
  2. Facility Etiquette. Members are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, follow dress codes (where applicable), and use equipment and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.
  3. Compliance with Policies. Members agree to comply with all Gym policies, rules, and regulations as communicated by the Gym management. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination of membership.

5. Termination and Cancellation

  1. Membership Termination. The Gym reserves the right to terminate a member's membership at any time for breach of this Agreement, violation of Gym policies, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Gym management.
  2. Member Cancellation. Members may cancel their membership by one of the following methods:
    1. Visiting the front desk in person with a valid photo ID during staffed hours; or
    2. Emailing a cancellation request along with a copy of their photo ID and Club ID number to the Gym, and calling during staffed hours to confirm.
    All cancellations are subject to applicable notice periods and fees, as outlined in the membership agreement.
  3. Refunds. Membership fees are non-refundable except as otherwise required by applicable law or as specified in the membership agreement.

6. Amendment of Agreement

  1. The Gym reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to members via email, posting on the Gym premises, or through other reasonable means of communication.

In case of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and your signed membership agreement, the membership agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
